Bookings.
When you book a trip or a Package with Sun Dunes Experience (SAWA VOYAGE) you acknowledge that you and all other customers using our services accept these conditions, pursuant to a booking made by you.

Due to the nature of outdoor activities and adventure travel, unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond our control, cancellation or
Last-minute changes to your travel arrangements might be necessary. These conditions include, but are not limited to, natural
disaster, war or threat of war, civil disturbance, terrorist activities, fires, adverse weather or road conditions, and others.
We will advise you as soon as we become aware of any such changes to be made for our client’s safety. We accept no
responsibility for any such changes. Should such adverse circumstances involve clients’ additional costs for accommodations, transport,
food, etc., the client will bear such costs, not us.
We may be forced to cancel part or all of your travel arrangements for reasons beyond our control, “Force Majeure”. In such cases,
you will be entitled to a refund less any costs already incurred by us. No other compensation will be due or payable by us to you. If we
cancel a tour for a reason other than “Force Majeure”, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Deposit.
An invoice with payment details and a detailed itinerary will be raised once you accept both the itinerary and quoted price. Upon receipt a deposit to get your booking confirmed. Please note that we accept payments via Bank
Transfer, and PayPal.
The remaining balance can be paid Online 24 hours before your trip or as agreed otherwise.
Cancellation Policy.
Should you wish to cancel your travel arrangements please contact us as soon as possible and confirm your instructions in writing. Applicable cancellation charges are determined by the number of days notification we
receive prior to the start date of your travel.
Submission of claims after the end of the trip:
Claims for compensation and/or a proportional reduction in the price of the trip – as a result of defects that have been properly complained about and which have not been remedied by the tour operator – must be submitted to the tour operator within a reasonable time after the end of the trip. Otherwise, the traveller loses the right to make claims against the tour operator.
Insurance.
It’s important to point out that we DO NOT provide any insurance and that it’s your responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance. It’s our recommendation that you always travel with insurance to cover baggage
loss, cancellations, illness, delays, and so on.
